| Research Abstract |
吸入麻酔薬は心筋虚血再灌流傷害に対して保護効果を有するが、同時に高血糖状態ではその効果が減弱することを報告してきた. 吸入麻酔薬による心筋保護効果の作用機序はAktの活性化が関与する。インスリンはAktを活性化するので吸入麻酔薬とインスリンを併用すると高血糖でも心筋保護効果が得られるか実験した. インスリン単独またはインスリンと吸入麻酔薬の併用は高血糖でも心筋梗塞サイズが有意に低下し保護効果を有することがわかった。
