| Research Abstract |
毒茸ドクササコは、摂取後、四肢末端に灼熱痛と触覚刺激で惹起される烈しい痛み(アロディニア)が出現する。ドクササコの成分であるアクロメリン酸Aをマウス脊髄腔内に投与し触覚刺激を加えるとアロディニアが出現すること、長時間持続することを明らかにし、この動物モデルを用いて、神経因性疼痛に特異的に効果を示す化合物の検索を行った。その結果、脊髄腔内投与で、痛みの閾値を改善させる化合物を見出した。
