| Research Abstract |
本研究者らはホルモン不応性前立腺がんに対してチロシンキナーゼの1つFGFR2を移入することによって増殖が有意に抑制されると共にホルモン依存性の特性を部分的に回復する実験結果をもとに、これまでホルモン不応性前立腺がんに対するFGFR2導入療法の前臨床試験を行ってきた。一方、ホルモン不応性前立腺がんとFGFR2の遺伝子変異の関係も合わせて検討してきたが、現時点では予想される結果は得られていない。
