Research Abstract

実験的アレルギー性結膜疾患発症における抗原提示細胞の役割を解析した. 結膜に存在する抗原提示細胞の表面に発現している共刺激分子が結膜炎誘導能を持つT細胞を活性化し, 結膜炎発症に関与している可能性が示唆された. 抗原提示細胞としての機能を持つマクロファージにはF4/80やCD11bが発現している. これらの分子はマクロファージのみならず好酸球にも発現しており, 結膜好酸球浸潤に重要な働きを持つことが判った.
