| Research Abstract |
先天性横隔膜ヘルニアの新たな胎児治療戦略として、細胞外マトリックス代謝からの戦略を行うための基礎実験を行った。低形成肺のモデルとして、通常使用されるNitrofen-inducedモデルや新たなモデルとしてGja-1 knock-outモデルを使用し、その発達の程度を検討した。またコラーゲンなどの細胞外マトリックスやその分解酵素について、分布やタンパク発現量を検討した。どちらの低形成肺でも、発達がきわめて遅れており、組織培養を行い、成長因子などの投与によりこの発達の遅れが改善する可能性が示唆された。
