| Research Abstract |
エンドトキシン刺激によるHMGB-1 誘導血を用いたEx vivoの灌流実験において超大孔径血液濾過(Super High-Flux Hemofiltration : SHFH)によりHMGB-1 は確かに濾過液中に濾過され(ふるい係数15.5%, 対照で1.2%)除去可能であることが判明した. また臨床例においてSHFH 施行により施行5日目で対照に比較して有意にmedian HMGB-1 濃度が低くなり(22.0 vs. 37.5 ng/dl, p<0.05),Kaplan-Meier 法による生存率もSHFH 群で良い傾向にあった(70% vs. 60%, p=0.35). したがってSHFHは敗血症においてHMGB-1 を制御し生命予後を改善する可能性があることが示唆された
