Research Abstract

平成19年度 : 各種ヒト由来癌樹立細胞株を用いて、癌幹細胞同定に先立って、増殖能、転移能、および癌幹細胞マーカー候補のCD133発現を検討した。さらに「上皮間充織転換」関連因子、上皮マーカーとしてRhoファミリー(Cdc42、Rac1)、間充織マーカーとしてVimentin、Fibronectinの発現状況を検討し、それらによる転移ならびに血管新生への影響を検討した。 平成20年度 : 「癌幹細胞」「上皮間充織転換」規定因子発現に基づく抗腫瘍効果予測法の検討。 ヒト癌幹細胞(CELPROGEN社 ; 2008年発売)購入を予定していたが、製品に不備があり、購入を見合わせた。平成20年は癌細胞株にカドヘリン遺伝子siRNAを導入し、上皮-間充織転換を強制的に起こさせる試みを行った。
