Research Abstract	HhシグナルのレセプターであるPatched1(Ptch1)haploinsuficient(+/-)マウスを用いて解析を行った。結果、顎顔面骨・長管骨において高代謝回転型の骨リモデリングが行われている事が確認された。さらにin vitro での解析からPtch1+/-の骨芽細胞では細胞増殖ではなく、分化能が、また破骨細胞支持能が亢進している事がわかった。このことから、成体の骨組織の恒常性維持にHhシグナリングが関与する事が明らかとなった。
