| Research Abstract |
研究成果の概要 : 褥瘡の実験モデルとして、ラットの腹壁を、1) 腹膜腔内に挿入した鉄板と体表に置いた重り、または2) 腹膜腔内と体表の磁石で圧迫した。50、100mmHgで2、3、4時間圧迫し、12時間、1、3、7日後に試料を採取して、顕微鏡標本で傷害を評価した。圧迫時間が長いほど傷害が重くなった。また、マイクロアレイで約3万種類の遺伝子から発現が大きく変動するものを絞り込み、炎症に関係深いものをリアルタイムPCRで解析した。
