| Research Abstract |
(1)隅角線維柱帯組織の機能低下は、眼圧を上昇させ、緑内障の病状を進行させる。隅角線維柱帯組織の構成成分であるヘパラン硫酸の隅角線維柱帯組織における役割を解明する。
(2)緑内障手術治療に対する手術補助薬としてのヘパラン硫酸の効果を検証する。
(3)隅角線維柱帯組織の発生に必須の分子を新たに同定する。
