| Research Abstract |
水産資源を支える餌生物として、また、水環境の状態をあらわす指標として、プランクトンモニタリングがなされてきた。しかし、光学顕微鏡観察だけでは、酷似する微生物を正確に同定することは困難であり、湖沼生態系において環境評価をするには客観的な分析データが求められている。
そこで、本研究ではDNAの塩基配列の違いを利用した分子分類によるモニタリング方法を開発し、実際のモニタリングに利用することを目指した。
