Research Abstract

本研究では,社会シミュレーションを人材育成に活用し,その有効性を明確にすることを目的とする.具体的には,社会生活を営む上で欠くことのできない交渉に着目し,人間をエージェントとやりとりさせることによって人間の交渉力を向上させることに成功した.
