| Research Abstract |
本研究では,化合物の構造式のようなグラフ構造データを大量に蓄積したデータベースから特徴的な部分パターンを発見するグラフマイニングにおいて,領域知識に基づいた構造的制約を導入することにより,無駄な部分パターン候補を合理的,かつ効果的に削減する手法を実現した.肝炎患者の検査履歴データに提案手法を適用した評価実験においては,従来手法では発見できなかった,肝炎の進行状況推定に有用な部分構造を現実的な実行時間内で発見できることを確認した.
