Research Abstract

Lバンド合成開口レーダ(SAR)を搭載した、JER-1(ふよう)とALOS(だいち)衛星のSARデータに画像相関法を適用し、11年の白瀬氷河の変動の知見を得た。この結果、白瀬氷河の設置線(Grounding line)付近においては、観測時期によらずほぼ一定の流速であった。一方、Grounding lineよりも上流および下流域では、季節変動と年々変動が見られた。
