| Research Abstract |
本研究では様々なアミノ酸側鎖翻訳後修飾を位置特異的に施したヒストンテールポリペプチドライブラリの構築を行った。さらに、構築したライブラリを用いて、代表的クロマチン関連因子由来のブロモドメインやクロモドメインとの相互作用を解析した。また、得られた情報に基づき、ヒストン認識ドメインや人工の刺激応答部位を複合化した分割型 GFPを設計し、任意のタンパク質翻訳後修飾反応や外部刺激を特異的に検出可能な蛍光プローブを構築することに成功した。
