Research Abstract |
I have taken digital photographs of the British government documents, which are preserved in The National Archives of the UK in Kew. These are concerned with six international litigations, one of which parties was the United Kingdom, at the International Court of Justice, such as Corfu Channel Case with Albania, Fisheries Case with Norway, Ambatielos Case with Greek, Minquier and Ecrehos Case with France, AIOC Case with Iran and Monetary Gold Case with Italy. The total number of the digital files about those cases is up to more than 32,000 which are amount to 56 GB. Now I am writing up five articles about Corfu Channel dispute including Corfu Channel Case with Albania, and Monetary Gold Case with Italy, although I also continue to write articles about other cases. In March, 2011, I published an article about the process of the Corfu Channel dispute from its outbreak to the Security Council Resolution 22, and will publish another one about the Preliminary Objections at the Corfu Channel Case this August.
