| Research Abstract |
This research dealt with the duty of disclosure of the insurance intermediaries and insurance company. The subject is to make a legislative analysis of the insurance contract law modernization comparing with the legislation in Germany, as to whether the duty of disclosure should be stipulated in insurance supervision law or insurance contract law. In this program other related legal issues were also included and studied.
