| Research Abstract |
電子・イオン同時計測装置を構築し、希ガスの光イオン化で生成した光電子とイオンに対して同時計測実験を行なうことにより、この装置が十分な性能を発揮することを確認した。次に、硫化カルボニルやアセチレン等の分子のオージェ過程について同時計測実験を行なうことにより、この同時計測装置を用いることにより、高い内部エネルギーの2価イオン状態の解離について高感度で観測できることが分かった。
