Research Abstract

工業用磁気センサーとして用いられている磁気インピーダンス(MI)センサーを、地磁気測定用高感度ベクトル磁力計へ応用すべくその開発を試みた。思索した磁力計から得られた結果は、地磁気の主磁場に対しては感度を持った出力が得られたものの、日変化や地磁気擾乱などの微小な地磁気変化の検出には至らなかった。ただしMIセンサーの地磁気測定用磁力計への活用方法にはなおも追求すべき課題が複数存在することが具体的に判明した。
