Research Abstract

高分子電解質多層膜を交互吸着法により作製し、多層膜の再配列を利用した多孔質化、ブロック共重合体をレジストに用いたパターン化によって、ナノ・マイクロ構造高分子テンプレートを作成した。これを用いて、酸化亜鉛、酸化チタンセラミックスを溶液中析出・自己組織化させ、酸化物セラミックス微構造体のビルドアップ構築法の開発を行った。
