Research Abstract

一部の不眠症患者は、実際の睡眠時間は質・量ともに正常であるにもかかわらず、主観的には眠れないと苦痛を訴える(主観的および客観的睡眠時間の乖離)という睡眠状態誤認に陥っている。本研究では、健常成人を対象に、主観的及び客観的睡眠時間の乖離メカニズムに関する基盤データを取得することを目的に、主に客観的睡眠パラメータが睡眠中の主観的経過時間にどのように影響するか、6ブロック評価プロトコルを用いて明らかにした。睡眠中の主観的経過時間は一日の中で睡眠をとる時間帯には関係せず、睡眠構造とくに先行する徐波睡眠量に依存することを明らかにした。
