| Research Abstract |
Epstein-BarrVirus(EBV)関連胃癌では、特異的にmicroRNA-200 familyの発現が低下しており、転写抑制因子ZEB1,ZEB2を介して細胞接着に関わるE-cadherinの発現を抑制していることを見いだした。EBV関連胃癌の細胞学的な特徴を明らかにし、発癌に深く関連する現象である細胞相互接着の低下とmicroRNAによる制御機構についてのメカニズムを解明した。
