| Research Abstract |
This study was enforced for development of DNA inspection method with high promptness and reliability in various crime materials. The sperm was collected from sexual mixed sample that assumed the rape event in which two or more men took part and made it alone. As a result, it succeeded in the specification of the man who took part. It is expected for the saliva etc. that adhere to the skin effective, I expect it become a judge method in the criminal investigation.
