Research Abstract

核内受容体スーパーファミリーであるPeroxisome Proliferator-Activated receptor (PPAR)γリガンドの膵癌細胞に対する作用解析を目的とした.膵癌細胞においてPPARγリガンドは細胞運動,転移能を減少させ,マウスモデルでは転移巣を減少させた.膵癌のみならず大腸癌,乳癌,前立腺癌などにおいても抗腫瘍効果が示唆されており,今後臨床応用へ向け既存の抗がん剤との併用療法などの無作為化比較試験を行う必要がある.
