Research Abstract |
我々の研究は、卵巣癌由来polysomal RNA (RNA peptide複合体)を用いた既存の癌ワクチンと異なる、全く新しい癌ワクチン療法の開発を目的とする。さらにpaclitaxelによるpolysomal RNAの免疫、分子修飾効果を検討し、より強力な細胞傷害性Tリンパ球(CTL), Natural Killer cell(NK cell)誘導能をもつRNA peptide複合体の開発を研究目的とする
