Research Abstract	3〜4ヵ月児を持つ母親の睡眠に関する実態は認識が高いとはいえないことを明らかにし、乳児期早期からの生体リズムを考慮し母親への健康支援を実施した。集団の場での健康支援の結果、生活習慣改善のきっかけとなっており、また、個別への支援をすることで母親の睡眠状況の改善がみられる事例もあった。一方で、乳児期の睡眠発達は著しく、睡眠問題の出現により母親の睡眠への影響も見られていた。
