| Research Abstract |
大学生を対象に健康関連行動調査やGHQ-28を実施すると同時に、唾液を採取し日常生活場面での精神神経免疫学(PNI)反応を測定することで、睡眠時間がPNEI反応に与える影響を検討した結果、最適睡眠時間者(6~7時間睡眠)に比較して、短時間(5時間以下睡眠)あるいは長時間(9時間以上睡眠)睡眠者よって主観的健康観が低下し、ノルアドレナリン神経系の過活動や免疫機能低下などの慢性ストレス状態に至る可能性も示された。
