Research Abstract

1.臨床標本について上皮間葉移行(EMT)に関わると考えられる分子Hrsの免疫染色を行った。免疫染色では関連は不明であったが、Hrsの中枢神経系での重要性を見出し論文発表した。
2.子宮癌肉腫症例標本をレーザーマイクロダイセクションにて癌と肉腫部分に分けてRNAを抽出した。しかし研究期間中に十分な症例数が集まらずアレイ解析は不可能であった。
3.低酸素環境とEMTの関連を解析した。子宮内膜癌細胞株を異なる酸素濃度下で培養し、低酸素濃度で間葉系細胞に類似する細胞形態変化とvimentinの増加を認めた。
