Research Abstract

「ドナー不足」に対する打開策として、心臓死ドナー(donation after cardiac death, DCD)肺を用いた肺移植がある。DCDでは心停止後の温虚血による臓器傷害が甚大であるが、吸入による薬物投与などの手法を開発することで、傷害肺の有効利用が可能になる。これに基づき、申請者は、以下一連の研究を行った。(1) rat肺ex vivo潅流モデルを用いて、さらに優れた肺保護作用を有する薬剤の検索(2)新しいDDSを用いた薬剤の吸入効率改善についての検討(3) 大動物ex vivo肺潅流モデルの確立。
