Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, the Arid1aflox/flox;(Gt)Rosa26Pik3ca*H1047R gene co-mutation was incorporated into C57BL/6 mice to establish an inbred ovarian clear cell carcinoma mouse model. We observed that administration of anti-IL-6 and anti-PD-L1 antibodies alone significantly prolonged survival in these mice, whereas combination therapy had no additive effect. In addition, mice treated with anti-IL-6 antibody showed induction of Tregs at the tumor site. Furthermore, IL-17A administration was found to activate local tumor immunity.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
