Outline of Final Research Achievements |
OX40L was aberrantly expressed in cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) cells, in addition to OX40. Blockade of OX40-OX40L interactions between tumor cells decreased cell proliferation, survival, and in vivo growth. Therefore, OX40-OX40L interactions may play important roles in tumorigenesis of CTCL and thus potentially be therapeutic targets for this life-threating disease.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
