Keywords
Outline of Final Research Achievements

We first examined the establishment of animal experiment methods using piezo-apicoectomy and rotary-cutting apicoectomy. (1) An experimental model was created with separate left and right apicoectomy for the cutting site as the mandibular first molar. (2) For the cutting tip on the ultrasonic cutting tool side, we decided to use SGL or SGR, which can efficiently cut the mandibular first molar. (3) The observation period was set to 3 days, 7 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, and 6 weeks after surgery based on similar experiments in the past.
From the above examination, we should establish the experimental method and proceed with the experiment.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements
