Research Abstract

我々が世界に先駆けて開発した高速AFMを完成させ、この新顕微鏡の生命科学における有効性・革新性を具体的に実証する。また、高速AFMが適用できる試料系を分子から細胞などに拡大するために、カンチレバーTip走査方式の高速AFM、非接触高速AFM、及び、高速内視AFMといった次世代高速AFMを開発する。それにより、細胞表面で起こる分子プロセスや細胞内オルガネラの動的プロセスをも観察可能にする。
