Research Abstract

アクチンは筋収縮とその調節を担う。また重合・脱重合に駆動されるトレッドミリングの分子運動を介して多くの細胞機能を担う。本研究では、構造および構造動態を、細胞内・複合体レベル・分子内の3階層で解明し、それを基礎にアクチンとその結合蛋白質の離合・集散のメカニズムを解明する。それによって蛋白質分子の相互作用一般の理解を深めることを目標とする。
