| Research Abstract |
Concerning the 21^<st> Century Competences cultivated in Children, R & D for the following 3 steps were undertaken and achieved :
(1) Analysis of the Future Directed Competences
(2)Enhancement of the Future Directed Competences
and
(3)Enhancement of Leaders for Cultivating the Future Directed Competences, based upon the Survey and Analysis of the Previous Research works and the Creative Proper R & D.
Step 1 had been conducted in 2008 and 2009, Step 2 were conducted in 2009 and 2010 and also Step 3 have been undertaken in terms of the Study, Analysis, Design, and Pilot Practices.
