Research Abstract

本研究の目的は動物の生命維持に必要不可欠な運動という活動を担う運動器を構成する骨組織、神経組織、筋組織の働きを統合的に検討することによって運動という高次機能を総合的に解析することである。とくに細胞のアポトーシスという現象に注目し、これまでBcl-2ファミリーというアポトーシス制御分子の働きを各組織、細胞で検討してきた。
