Research Abstract	Through case studies of Spatial Planning within European countries, this research clarified following four points which are important to develop new theories to establish social space : (1) Coordination and integration framework of SP in Europe. (2) Appropriate boundary determination for planning center and periphery in an integrated way. (3) Actual conditions of planning process within decentralized countries. (4) Actual conditions of City-Regional planning which aim to solve inter-municipal problems.
