| Research Abstract |
This project investigated how zombie firms recovered in Japan while the deflation persisted. We explored how corporate restructuring was effective in reviving zombie firms in the 1990s and the 2000s. We also conducted theoretical and empirical studies on fiscal and monetary policy in Japan during the past two decades.
