Research Abstract

本研究では情報通信ネットワークの活用を、地球環境問題解決の鍵と位置づけ、その可能性と限界を評価検討することを目指す。そのため、情報通信の普及効果を把握するための評価フレームワークの確立と情報通信の普及段階に応じた環境対応型産業政策とそれに呼応した企業戦略の提案を行う。
