Research Abstract

ライデンフロスト温度以上の高温而を液体で急冷するときの冷却特性を固液の連成問題という視点から再構築する.特に,固液の安定な接触開始温度と熱流束の関係,更には冷却中の最大熱流束を支配するパラメーターの確立を目指す.また高温の固体面に液が接触した瞬間に生成される蒸気に対して,従来熱平衡の視点から提案されていた均一自発核生成と非定常的に生じる核生成との関連について検討する.実験は,固体側の熱物性として,3種類(銅,黄銅,炭素鋼),液側の熱物性として水とアルコールを用いて高温面の急速冷却を行う
