Research Abstract |
We tried to clarify the regulation of intracellular localization of ENaC by protease. We have found that : 1) aldosterone increases expression of protease, and 2) aldosterone elevates the recycling efficiency of ENaC in the intracellular space by cleavage of ENaC mediated through protease.
