Research Abstract

本研究は、麻酔薬の中枢抑制作用における抑制シナプスの役割を解析するために、蛍光蛋白導入マウスを使って抑制神経細胞を可視化することで、分子シナプスレベルでの生理学・薬理学解析を推進するものである。研究の焦点は、鎮静、鎮痛、記憶の分子基盤に麻酔薬はどのような影響があるのか、また、発達段階の脳への麻酔薬の影響である。
