Research Abstract |
We identified the structures of about 10 compounds in Annona muricata, which is a candidate for environmental factors involved in the pathogenesis of Parkinson' s disease-related disorders. Among them, a tetrahydroisoquinoline derivative induced an abnormal accumulation of some proteins and endoplasmic reticulum stress.
