Research Abstract |
Due to build the molecular computer architecture using photoresponsive molecules, we proposed the innovative algorithm, investigated theoretically, and verified by simple experiments. We proposed a hybrid device of functional material decreases rapidly resistance at a certain temperature and photoresponsive discolors by infrared light and verified by a circuit simulator. We produced the structure that can be selectively irradiated with two kinds of lights to the smaller region than the wavelength, and is one of the component technologies required to reduce the size of a computer.
