| Research Abstract |
This study classifies cases involving pure economic loss-economic loss in the absence of any physical damage-into 3 categories, i.e., (A)negligent misrepresentation,(B)defective premises or negligent performance of services and(C) indirect victims or negligent interference with contract, and considers whether tort liability for negligence should arise and its rationale.
