Research Abstract |
About the factor structure of the burnout measure in an elementary-and-junior-high-schools teacher, the result whether 3 factor structures were suitable for an elementary school and a junior high school was seen. It could be said that aggra vation of mental health is serious at the school spot. Moreover, it was shown by the difference in teaching profession years of experience that advance of a bur nout differs. For burnout prevention, it is thought that it is necessity that a teacher checks and looks back upon his own state. Then, the preliminary program which can be easily checked on a personal computer was created
