Research Abstract	(1)培養皮膚移植による重症熱傷の治療は広く実施されているが、感染創に対する生着率は低い。培養皮膚の抗菌活性を改善することにより生着性を改善し、重症熱傷の救命率を向上することが期待できる。 (2)本研究では、2種類の抗菌ペプチド(HBD-3およびhCAP-18/LL37)遺伝子を、組み換えウイルスベクターを用いてヒト培養表皮細胞・線維芽細胞に導入し、遺伝子導入細胞を用いて広い抗菌活性を持つ培養皮膚を作製することである。
