Research Abstract |
A self administered questionnaire was developed to assess health status of parent and child and family function. Reliability and validity were tested by pilot study. A school survey found that familial physical activity was positively related to familial health status. A community survey revealed that family function was correlated to the age of child aged from 3 to 14. Promoting familial physical activity may be promising way to enhance health status of family with child.
