Research Abstract

In order to contribute to a better understanding of viral dynamics in aquatic ecosystems, this studyexamined effect of suspended matter and its sediment on viral infection in aquatic environments. Werevealed that mineral particles could attach to virus and its sediments could be reservoir of virus inaquatic environments. Novel quantification methods of virus from environmental water and sedimentwere also established.
