Research Abstract |
The plastic deformation was measured during various cyclic loading conditions under macroscopically elastic stress state. The elasto-plastic constitutive model was proposed to reproduce the measured stress-strain relationships. The prototype model for the fatigue crack initiation criteria was proposed based on the accumulated plastic work predicted by the proposed cyclic plasticity model.
